Surf racks without damaging my car?
So i just got my first car a few weeks ago, its an old mercedes 300d. 1976. I love the thing, and its in perfect condition! Although i am a beach bum, and i cant fit my board inside the car very well. I was wondering if anyone knew of any surf racks that DONT damage the exterior of the car (i.e the roof?).

Lots of companies make universal roof racks that fit on the door seal channel of a car. Try looking at Thule products. They are a little pricey but are well made. You can also find some cheaper imitations as well. Walmart may even carry some. If not try jcwhitney.com, cabelas.com, or any outdoors/car-truck accessory company.
